Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, you can pick up in Kitchener, just use code LOCAL at checkout to waive shipping fees.
What is your shipping rate?
We offer flate rate shipping: $14 within Canada, $18 within the US. Free shipping is offered on orders over $150 in Canada by using code FREESHIPCANADA at checkout. Orders over $175 Canadian going to the US qualify for free shipping by using the code FREESHIP.
What is your order processing time?
It takes us anywhere from 1-5 days to process your order, plus delivery time.
How long does the playdough last?
We recommend using your playdough within 1 month of purchase. Once opened, the playdough can last 3-6 months or more if played with regularly and stored properly. Our playdough loves to be played with in order to stay fresh!
What ingredients do you use in your playdough?
Our playdough is made with flour, water, salt, vegetable oil, cream of tartar and food-grade colouring. Some doughs contain glitter, but glitter is always optional. Our dough is NOT edible and is not gluten-free. It is non-toxic.
What age do you recommend for your products?
Our products are for a wide variety of ages.
- Sensory bottles are good for 6 months and older.
- Toddler kits have larger loose parts and are recommended for ages 2+
- All other products are recommended for ages 3+ because of small parts.
Adult supervision is always recommended when playing with our products.
Do you do custom orders?
We LOVE custom orders. Whatever you have in mind, please reach out to discuss. Creating is our favourite part!
